Dedicated breakout session
Lead a 45-minute session to share your transformation, best practices, and business results.
Panel discussion
Contribute your perspective alongside peers and industry leaders in a facilitated discussion.
Featured spotlight
Participate in a 10-20 minute segment within a Medallia-led session to highlight a specific success, insight, or use case. This is the lightest time commitment.

Frequently asked questions
1. Who can submit a proposal?
Customer session submissions must come from customers. If you’re a partner, we encourage you to collaborate with your customer on a submission or reach out to discuss sponsored speaking opportunities. If you’re a Medallia employee with a customer in mind, please contact the Marketing team directly to discuss the opportunity before submitting.
2. Do I need a final session title and abstract to apply?
No! A direction for what you want to speak about is enough. Our content team works with selected speakers to shape the final session.
3. What happens after I submit?
All proposals are reviewed with our Experience ‘27 Content team. All individuals who submit will be notified if they were selected or not by the end of November. You may hear from us sooner if we need additional information. If you have questions on your status, reach out to [email protected] at any point.
4. Can I submit more than one proposal?
Yes, as long as each one tells a distinct story.
5. What if my results are still in progress?
That's fine! Early-stage and in-progress transformations are welcome.
6. Can multiple people from my company speak together?
Yes! We recommend speakers from various functions, as well.
7. Will my session be recorded?
Selected sessions are recorded and featured across Medallia's channels and post-event content. If your session is unable to be recorded, contact [email protected] and we can provide further information on non-recorded opportunities.
