Medallia Experience 2025 will be here before we know it! And we are so excited to host another conference packed with the best and brightest CX and EX professionals.

As always, our main goal is to deliver an agenda filled with inspiring, insightful, and thought-provoking sessions, so we are (of course) looking to our exceptional Medallia community for speakers to help us make this Experience the best one yet.

Sessions will fall under four key areas — customer experience, employee experience, contact center, and market research — and will be a mix of success stories, thought leadership, innovative approaches, and best practices that drive stronger business outcomes.
